Using Method：
1. Soak soybeans（<25℃ 8 to 12 hours, >25℃ 4 to 8 hours）
2. Grind the soybeans, then filter, and boil (Bring the mixture to the boil and continue to cook it about 5 to 8 minutes)
3.Cools it over 80℃，stir it slowly along with pouring bittern, (which was melt well, like brine, vinegar, gypsum,etc), stand it after a fully mixing
