This is a beautiful high quality press. This press has a stainless steel basket that is 4 1/2″ tall, the stainless steel collection basin is 6″ in diameter with a 5″ stainless steel press basket inside of it. The stainless steel piston diameter is 4 7/8″, which is 18.6 square inches. The liquid drains from the bottom of the canister through a 1/2″ ID tube (not included) into your collection jar.
