Simple to use:
After following the easy assembly instructions provided with the grater, select a drum and food product. Insert the drum into the grater
housing and rotate the knob on the back of the unit to secure drum in place. Secure the grater to the counter by rotating the locking me-
chanism around the middle of the unit. Load pieces of your desired product into the top of the grater and use the included food pusher
to press down. Rotate the handle while pressing with the food pusher to begin grating/slicing.
